BANK and InHouse FINANCING

BANK 
1. 1×1 ID picture 3 pieces (husband/wife/representative)

2. Birth Certificate & CENOMAR **Certificate of NO MARRIAGE from NSO (if single) or Marriage Contract (if married) 
   – If separated or annulled please submit Legal Separation Paper (should be with court order of finality from Philippines' court)

3. Post-dated Checks for the Downpayment & Amortization Period (We will help you open your Checking Account @accredited Bank)

4. Tax Identification Number (TIN) or Form 1904 for Non-Member 

5.  INCOME TAX RETURN (ITR) Latest Photocopy  (For Locally Employed Only)

6. CEDULA or CTC (For Locally Employed Only) 
    – Date issued should be during the current year

7. Proof of Billing or Certification from owner if renting here in the Philippines.(e.g. Water Bill / Electric Bill / Cable / PLDT / Credit Card Bill / Internet Bill)

8. Job Contract or Certificate of Employment

9. Submit waiver and passport if      
    spouse is FOREIGNER
 (Separate SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY (SPA) Form for foreign spouse)

10. Photocopy of Two (2) Valid IDs (husband/wife/SPA) with 3 Specimen Signatures.
       Any of the following:
       - Driver’s License
       - Passport (mandatory for OFWs and Dual Citizenship)
       - Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
       - SSS Card (digitized)
       - Voter’s ID
       - GSIS e-Card
       - Unified Multipurpose ID
       - Company ID (Not Expired) For Locally employed only
       - Postal ID For Unemployed only. You can go to the nearest Post Office in your City.   
Please submit all the above documents within 30 days from the date of reservation.

· Downpayment of 30% of the TOTAL CONTRACT PRICE 
· Downpayment NO INTERESTS.
· Balance of 70% payable up to 5years with 18% interest. 

10 years with 21% Interest.
· The Processing Fees and Miscellaneous (PF & Misc. 4.5% of Selling Price **TITLE TRANSFER COST Not Included) 

For CASH DEFERRED PAYMENT
– SELLING PRICE Plus Processing Fees and Miscellaneous (PF & Misc. 4.5% of Selling Price) less Reservation Fee = NET SELLING PRICE (NSP)
– NSP divide 24 equal monthly installment with NO INTEREST and NO DOWNPAYMENT

For SPOT CASH PAYMENT 
– Total Selling Price – avail a 10% discount if fully paid within 7days from Reservation Date.

-  Postal ID (if not employed)
    with  3 specimen signature
3) Photocopy of passport
 validity date should be not expired
 with  3 specimen signature
4) Tax Identification number
5) Post dated checks
    - Down payment
    - Monthly Amortization
    - Guaranteed checks (GC)
    - Real Property Tax (RPT)

6) Legal Separation Papers  
     (if separated) with  court order of finality
7) Marriage   Contract for married 
8) Death Certificate for widow
